We currently ship within Sri Lanka. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Standard Delivery (Colombo Area): 1–2 business days. Flat rate LKR 350.
• Outstation Delivery: 3–4 business days. Flat rate LKR 450.
• Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders over LKR 10,000.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team at hello@sora.lk with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
